“I have learned so much and formed so many new friendships in my time here at the bank. Coming from our small community, I understand the needs of those around me. Whether it be consumer, commercial or agricultural related, I am here to help in any way I can. I am excited to be given the opportunity to help others strive toward a successful future.”

On his completion of the program Brewer said “I was very fortunate to be accepted into the Missouri Banker’s Association Banking Leadership Program. This 12 month program gave me the opportunity to learn new leadership skills, communication skills, and network with other bankers across the State of Missouri. The program also educated us on local and national issues we are currently facing and how they affect our communities.”
Jake was one of 33 bankers from throughout Missouri who completed the 12 month long leadership development program. This program was designed to enhance leadership, organizational, and performance skills of Missouri bankers. The courses focused on emerging bank issues, government relations, ethics, leadership styles, workplace culture and communications.
