Bring your kids out again this year to celebrate the last day of school and the start of summer!
We presented a donation to the St. Francisville Lodge #588 AF & AM for their “Create-A-Partnership” with Masonic Home of Missouri and Grand Lodge of Missouri. This donation will be used to construct an outdoor classroom and walking train for the Running Fox Elementary School students.
On November 30th our very own Joyce Sedore retired from her full-time position at our Kahoka Branch. She began her career with the bank in 1995 working at our Wyaconda location before moving to Kahoka in 2013. You’ll still be able to see Joyce as she has made the decision to continue working for us part-time!
Congratulations Joyce and thank you for your 28 years of service!
We had another great year at the Parade of Lights this year in Downtown Canton! Thanks to Canton Main Street Association Inc for putting this on!

Friday, October 20th we gave the parent’s a night off to celebrate Clark County’s Fall Senior Night. It was a blast working the concession stand and seeing so many of you out supporting our local students!
We had an amazing turnout at our after school skating party last Friday! Approximately 275 kids came to celebrate the start of summer break with us!

We are delighted to donate to Canton School District Elementary for their Positive Behavior Intervention Systems. Students will be able to use “Tiger Tickets”, that they earn for the good behavior to purchase prizes from the “Roar Store”. Not only will this donation go towards purchasing prizes but a riverboat tour in Hannibal is in the works.
We were happy to once again be able to donate to the Clark County Marching Indians for their upcoming trip to New York City. The band will be marching in the St. Patrick’s Day parade on March 17th.

Our Canton Branch was able to take part in the Culver Stockton College Homecoming Parade. It was a beautiful day for a parade, and as always a pleasure to see our customers!
Another successful year for Peoples Bank at Old Settler’s Day in Kahoka. We had a blast judging the bike contest and participating in the parade. We can’t wait for next year!
Congratulations to Becca Green on her recent promotion to Loan Officer at our Kahoka Branch!
Becca was born and raised in Clark County to Anne and Steve Howell. She continues to live in Clark County with her husband and 5 children. Becca graduated from Clark County R-1 High School in 2010. She started at the bank in March of 2013 and was later promoted to loan processor in 2015.

Congratulations to Alex George on his promotion to Loan Officer at our Canton Branch!
Alex was promoted to a loan officer in December 2021. He is a lifelong resident of Canton and is the son of John and Julie George. He and his twin brother Andy graduated from Canton R-V in 2018
Alex has been with our banking family since August 2017 where he worked as a teller until his recent graduation from Culver-Stockton College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. Alex has a strong passion for finance and the various types of lending.
